Me and Yoga

And this isn't my Yoga Room, BUTTT

I've decided it's time to take the plunge and just go YOGA!

I've got myself an outfit...

I have yet to get my matt and props... I'll wait for class to do this...

I think yoga is a beautiful art that can bring and promote a positive healthier life... I believe I'll enjoy this as I've had some interest in this for some time now..

I love to dance and move, even though it's not dancing - - it has the moves... I also like some (not all) Incenses and candle burning. Not to mention the cool yoga clothing and skin care...

Meet ED:

Ed is a wonderful guy.... Even though he's not my boss, I pretty much take a lot of direction from Ed. He has lot's of stories and they're all pretty funny. Apparently Ed was a striper in his days, or so he says hahahaha --- Someday maybe I'll tell more about Ed, but for now I'll just leave it as that and be good :-)

A Walk

I did manage to get a walk in... I walked the entire Walnut Creek area. It took me a full hour to get that walk in, but I did it.. :=) And of course I froze my little, ummmmmh....... ears off.. By the time I got half way done, I was hoping to see some horses and beg for a lift, but no luck... :-) I got in some good scenery and music listening in so overall it was a nice walk...

Webkinz

Brett was introduced to this fun little interactive Web Site called Webkinz. Our neighbor girl Bailey has one of these stuffed animals and informed Brett about it. She taught him how to move around, buy things, and make a room and such...

SOOOOO ...... Early Sunday morning I went out and got Brett a Webkinz Chiwawa. They had buy one, get one free deal going, so I got his friend Sammy a Frog... Sammy named his Frog - Tony and Brett named his Chiwawa -Chimchar. Anyways, they can give each other presents and fix up their "Doggy - Froggy" rooms, feed them, and stuff...

You could pretty much say Brett takes up all the internet time. This whole time while I'm sitting here, he's begging me to get off the computer so he can go on Wekinz and feed his dog etc...

OH boy!!! I'm sure everyones pretty much bored reading this stuff --- So I'll part with one more update:

Soccer Update:

Soccer is still in the air... This weekend was just too cold for the good ol mom... Brett had a game Saturday morning and Brandon played Saturday night. This good ol Nebraska weather has a way of fooling you. What I thought started out as a nice day ended up with wind, bitter cold and rain... But I sat there and "cheered" them right along... and now I'm paying the price....

Brett had yet another game on Sunday and it wasn't much warmer. I took Sammy (Brett's friend) to his game and we took turns sitting outside holding the Webkinz, and then back into my car to keep us

and the Webkinz warm.. Oh What fun we had :-)

PBR - Update

The PBR event was much fun... I think the best part was watching Brandon and Brett Yell and Scream :-) We had really good seats... and the entertainment was awesome. Attached are a few videos and pic's. I wasn't allowed to bring in the camera so - you get my cell phone pic and video...

Just Stuff

Tonight I took the boys to Steve and Barrys which is a department store. Everything is $8.98 or less. They each got a pair of new jeans and a new sweatshirt. And of course I got myself a new sweatshirt which states FORD - for the PBR - Built Ford Tuff event tomorrow night. Overall the store was pretty cool. I'll be back for summer clothes.

On another note; Yesterday was the National Tornado Warning test. Of course it went off at 10am just like all the other times. And since I use to be the "Floor Captain" at BOTW my natural instinct was to ask where do we go. The answer was ---- "You go home" YEP! That's right. You go home in the event of a Tornado Warning... I have "No Comment". With all the talk --- I'll just pray instead and leave it at that.


No other plans for the weekend, just relax and play catch up around the house. I'll Probably get some movies and just hang about. Or even better yet, read a book and cook some pies. :=)


The boys have soccer games on Saturday, but I think they will be cancelled due to the weather. We shall see. I'm also in the process of creating blog site for them. This will soon be available and I'll create a link from here to there when it's ready.

So I'm One Odd Duck!

Go ahead ask me if I care. If there's one thing I can DOOO! It's make a project fun... So YES you heard me correctly.... I made several video's of me changing out my toilet seat... And with the help of an anonymous comment I'm now able to edit my videos and such.... What fun I had editing videos to get it down to 4mb just so I could share them with each of you peeps (aka: friends)... Trust me, you haven't seen the best of these clips... Like: Me kicking the toilet, taking a hammer to the lid, hugging the commode, how often you should change your seat, etc.... They are funny and I left allot out.... But I don't want to brag about me changing out a toilet seat and videoing taping it. haha BUT - I will say I'm very proud of my new seat! :-)

And I will say this gave me practice to prepare for PBR Night.. So thank-you mrs/mr anonymous for your help... I can't wait to tape PBR Night and the kid's scoccer games.

PBR and Such

Today is 4/6/08 Yes! It sure is so! It's True I do know....


I have tickets to the PBR show this Friday Night.... I plan on dressing up Brett and taking several pic's and such.... Maybe I'll even get myslef a Cowgirl hat :-)

Today I went out and bought 1gb memory card and 1 new Toilet Seat... I spent the majority of the day taking the old seat off and installing the new seat... I also have several (7 video's to be exact) of this experience. Each video is over 100 mb but under 200 mb. And some are quite funny. They each have great graphics and the sound is perfect... However I now have a newly found problem... I can only upload a 100 mb video to blogger. So - I need to know where to upload these or I need a tool to modify these videos to cut out some of the clips to shrink the size. Picasa is a no go... And I don't know about You Tube just yet. I prefer to modify the clips and keep them on this blog.... Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

On another note: It's been a long weekend and it's almost over, but the weather sure is nice.... With the spring weather comes lot's of play time. Brett bumped his head on the trampoline and got a bloody nose.... Time for that thing to be taken down. I've had enough of that! I had total flash backs and that was not good. And then there's Brandon whose not very brave but must of had spring fever. He took his bike and jumped a ramp and crashed. He was in shorts (sigh - bad mom) and well his right leg and arm is scraped up pretty darn good. But they both pulled through just fine. Boys will be boys.
